Sculptures made from wire or willow covered in old cloth and stitched or bound up. They are all named either Mother Basket or Good Enough? refering to Winnicotts concept of the Good Enough mother and in a sense they are relate to my studies in art therapy and the idea of a “holding environment”, the supporting and nurturing space that a therapist creates for patients.
